Well guys I finally attempted to polish up my rocker cover and thermostat housing on my Au1,used this helpful guide found on fordmods

I guess it came out ok but have already started another,I guess not bad for my first shot
Just wanted to say thanks for the great guide :D

gotta redo the front of the rocker,and a few minor scratches thats all,guess i was just trying to be too perfect lol :D

great job, dont sell yourself short polishing can be quite hard, if you want to keep its shine you should two pack clearcoat it !!!! :) :)

ohh paint that oil filler cap red to match the rocker bolts

that will look sweet

Yeah mate I got a bit over zelous there!,trying to get in between the letters what a prick of a job that was, won't do that on my next attempt!
