LOL this will technically be the first engine mod i will be doing to my XR6 by christmas next month i will have my Pacemaker extractors installed with a HPC silver or black finish :P

Getting them ordered in from Pitstop, they are gonna take longer to get as they are getting the HPC done as well!!!!

$400 installed including the HPC etc.

Cant wait! Then i hope to finish off the rest of the intake upgrade will be looking for the mandrel bent intake piping and then im might do something about the TB. Not too sure about the TB atm, as i dont really know what way to got about it.

Ne help or suggestions would be appreciated :P

sounds good! that doesn't sound like a bad price either!

with the TB - what do you plan on doing to it? from what i've heard, the TB's on the EF's etc are pretty bloody good, and are good for a pretty high rwkw count - unless you upgrade to the AU XR 73mm TB or whatever it is?

Cool man, should be good. Your dyno result was impressive for stock (once we got that ungodly gas mixer outta the way, lol). Should be pretty powerful with the paceys on there.

$400? Damn it! Doesnt get me half a set of extractors, lol.

Wouldnt worry about the TB. Dont think there's any standard replacements for these. Think bob may be thinking of the V8 AU TB. Would consider sending my funds elsewhere.....

isn't the EF (right thru the range) a 65mm TB compared to the AU XR 73mm? something like that? i'm pretty sure, from discussions on FM MkI that the stock was good for something close to 200kw?? i think the $$$ would be better spent elsewhere - maybe even on a cam or something? mandrel intake?

Naa cant change the cam while its under the warrantee unfortunetly. Oh well i will just get the mandrel bent intake pipe i think insted.

Yeah with the price im paying im getting 30% off the price of the pacies and then im paying $50 for it to get installed. And then the rest is how much its gonna cost me to have the HPC done.

Roughly $250 for pacies, $50 for install and $100 to get them in a HPC finish. Pitstop have been good to me as they are always giving me the best deals! :P

no can do, you'll find that the coating shops are unwilling to do used extractors cos the carbon and other s**t on the inside contaminates the coating tank

I wouldnt worry about it at that price  I was actually gonna take it on the dyno again and get the A/F ratios fixed or something so its sucking in more air etc. And then the same with the Gas system but unfortunately i had to cancel dude to fkn large phone bills lol.

Pitstop Brake and exhaust center, Victor Harbor 85523630. They will give you a good deal on the paccies even if you dont get them in a HPC finish it will still cost you under $350. They dont normally do the HPC finish but because i go there all the time they made an exception.

But i have to wait a bit thou.
