my car has some noisey tappets how can this be fixed its quite noisy

They are self adjusting champ. Dunno if that post will tell you that.
Basically, they need oil in them to work, so you may have a problem with yours, they arent that expensive to replace.

they are pretty expensive to replace...did a set last week...needed them asap and had to pay 220 for them..all 12...if i wanted to wait a couple of days i could got them for $11 each

you can put oil stabilizer to make it go away

After getting the cam replaced ... I had mind checked ... and they were working perfectly ... lucky really.

I was expecting them to be a bit noisey after putting it all back together ... but it was nice and quiet.
