I recently noticed the odometer display flickers slightly at idle. Initially I thought the bulb was bung but then I noticed the dash, clock, oil pressure gauge and headlights also flicker ever so slightly at idle. If the engine is off or revs are above idle no flicker! Voltage is rock solid at idle as well.... any ideas?

Cheers

sounds like alternator output at low revs isnt enough for rallyboy77... maybe the regulator?

GT-01 could be diodes in your alternator or the regulator... if yours is doing it all the time take it to an auto elec to get the alternator tested... if its putting out AC it will kill your battery and possibly more...
