Hi, just seen an ad for the new "Super 44" from FlowMaster and i reckon it would be a good replacement for my cracked Lukey one. It looks like it might be alot louder, so i would use it in conjuction with a resonator.

Or should retain a single muffler setup but use one of their quieter ones?

I want it loud but not as loud as i currently have now with my single Lukey muffler. What would you go with out of these?

Wondering if anyone has had FlowMaster mufflers fitted, nice sound? Long lasting?

Flowmasters are loud, especially 2 chamber mufflers, you will want the 3 chamber delta series, they still bark, but not like 40 series stuff.

hmm, i might forget about the super 44.

What about using the Super 40 muffler with a rear straight thru resonator?

Would the resonator help much?

I used 60 series delta flow 3 chambers on my ELXR8 and it was awesome, still loud, but not overly, and it sounded tough. I never ran a resonator, but could have.
Spin Tech are also another very good muffler. I am tossing up between the two now, still undecided.

I buy them through Summit for around $300 landed. You could try ebaymotors in the US....much cheaper.
