if you still are running your original 02 sensor i would replace it , but they don't do much just tells the vehicle on what fuel to give it to the ECU

what was the cost for the welding job for the extractors ?

Maybe in the next service. Ive already gotta do brakes, rear sway bar and rear bushes. May aswell add it to the list haha
Ended up costing me $200. Pretty much what i was expecting.

ya it sucks :( these oldish cars just pile up the cost of maintenance

Tell me about it. Last general service/tune up cost me $600.
But then again i had a tyre replaced, new front sway bar, new front bushes, front end tightened up, and a basic service.

drolls new front bushes , does that mean the thing handles soo much better e,g a corner can be taken with great speed or taken side ways if wanted to :) :)

It used to understeer like a b**ch, but now it oversteers :)
The front end tune up felt so good. Im glad he did it. Handles so well now.
Dont know what he did, but it was awesome.

must have been a bit more then a simple sway bar bush to get that difference i guess probably a lower control arm bush or 3 considering the price

From what i remember he changed a heap of bushes in the front end. But yeah, a good tune up.
My rear springs are super squeaky because the rear bushes have completely worn out. Everytime i go over the slightest bump in the road, it sounds like my exhaust system is loose. But yeah, maybe in a month or so ill get another service to get this general stuff fixed up. Hopefully by then my car will be fully modded.

Ok, so just talked to someone from Wadecams...
They told me that the 1671 was the best choice for me, as it provides a great power band.
They said the 1645 was alright, but the 1671 would be better for the auto.
The 1671 dosent require and new springs or gear, as it will run in the stock engine.
They also said id have to J3 chip it at the SAME time as installation, otherwise the ECU would just use it as a stock cam.
Im calling them back tomorrow to talk to Chris about costs and doing a swap.

To be fair ive never tested how quick it is to 100. Never had the opportunity to.
But yeah, once my Wadecams 1671 arrives with my J3 chip, ill be a very happy person.

Just need to find some 1.9mm standard shims though. Ive been looking around and found nothing
Probably will either have to call Ford or just go down to a wreckers
