Check to ensure that it's not a Hybrid head as you will have issues with the rockers & Cam. Hybrid head used different rockers and cam fornm other E series.

a hybrid will have 96ab or 96da cast on the head..
another way is the hybrid has cone shaped valve springs

ANY EL head will bolt straight on to an EB, need to use hybrid cam and rockers in hybrid head, can use your EB cam and rockers in a non hybrid head though.

Yes as Troy said it looks like a stock E series head and if it comes with Rockers & Cam you are laughing. As it has been on the car for 1000km it may bneed to be skimed again to ensure that it is flat. Check it first and if it's flat you are ok, remember you will need new head bolts and use an AU Metal head gasket.
