hi guys. later on in the next few years what gas system would you reccomend for a 6 cyl ed fairmont to give maximum fuel effiency and horsepower to tow large caravans on gas too.

what injection gas do you reccomend for a ed fairmont 6 cyl to get between 5-700 kms to a 70l gas tank town or about 7-900kms highway driving.

can you please put up links to particular injection gas and normal gas packages so i can click each one to have a look at the different models and compare.

want to know as im doing up my fairmont and keeping it

since kits are not widely available for gas injection on the earlier models you may find a Parnell system is the only one available.

Any of the injected kits will fit the ED - the OMVL Dream will fit, as will the sprintgas one and parnell one.

You may need to put some of your own time into tuning it, but it shouldnt be too hard. I had a ford escape running on LPG (and there isnt a kit for it either) - had to do some custom tuning on the system (OMVL Dream XXI) so that the check engine light wouldnt come up.
