Hey guys, just wondering if there is a place you can purchase a shortened gear stick for e-series manuals,or an easy way of DIYing, as the stock ones are like driving a truck...

I also support this product, however if you have family or friends in the US I suggest you use their address as delivery, otherwise UPS charge $65 delivery, for a $45 item. then get family to forward it for the real price of postage.

or you could unbolt the shaft, take it to an exhaust place, and get them to cut 35mm out of the middle section of the shaft, then weld back together

gear boot covers the weld, shifter will be shorter, and has a shorter throw, and costs less than 20 bucks

I cut a chunk out of the middle of the gear lever.
Drilled and tapped each piece
Inserted a bolt into one
Cut the head off then attached the other half.
It was super tight but I used araldite on the threads just in case.
took about 15 minutes.

Also this allows you to adjust the length before 'final' assembly
