hey just wondering is there any diffrence between the exhaust manifold between the el gli and xr6 and is it worth swapping them

Nope, they both get the same poorly designed cast-iron header, that looks better suited for a farm tractor.

Haha good one alright, but its all good, i've seen people trying to sell standard XR6 cast iron headers claiming they are an upgrade over the standard ones on GLi, Futura and Fairmonts.
Now go to sell it to someone and get your $12 back
