first of all i would like to say that this forum is great, and i have being reading alot of threads about mods and what not. so much that its really got me confused and indecisive.
im a bit of a noob to all this so im posting this thread.

basicly. i have a 99 Fairmont and the only thing i have changed on it is the exhaust from the cat back due to the stock one being rusted... getting to the point.. within the next 6 months im hoping to get her Supercharged with a Raptor system. and i would like to hear some thoughts/ opinions on what i should do to increase performance before i s/c.
i read a bit on cams, but they seam to confuse me.
extractors are probably the next addition ill make.
i looked at the JMM dev kits. im not really sure if various parts in them will conflict with the supercharger idea.

so yea just things that will give me little more oomph before i s/c. and possibly make it handle the s/c better.

ps. i have an auto. transmission.. and the whole money factor isnt really a big deal.. to an extent.

thanks :)

hey

anything that helps the engine breath better is always going to give you more oomph, and only make the gains from the s\c greater. So extracters, high-flow cat, and intake mods would be next things to look at, and then maybe a cam suitable for a F/I engine.
