All ground wires hooked up? All wires on intake manifold correctly installed ? Was the au you got the motor from in an accident?

Was it set at TDC when installing the dizzy on 1? All vacuum hoses on manifold hooked up?

Are you sure that the injectors are pulsing?

Are the fuel lines hooked up the right way round?

Try and spray a little fuel down the throttle body. If it fires you have a fuel issue.

double check the timing on the dizzy, when i replaced mine it looked like it was on number 1 @ TDC but when it was tightened up it moved due to the gear. it may even be 180 degrees out?

+1 on the timing.. the dizzy will probs be 180º out, it happened to me, put the dizzy in on the wrong TDC on number one, which put it 180º out, only thing the car would do was cough till i put the dizzy in the right spot lol,

You say its not fuel are you sure its not fuel? Maybe flooding? And how did you start it? I mean what did you fix to get it running?
