I am a happy JMM customer. I just mail ordered gear but was impressed with the help that was available and the knowledge. If it a six cyl project talk to Brendan at JMM or Mark at ITS in Sydney. Both are knowledgeable trustworhty tuners and engine builders.

About 2-3 years ago I had the Dev5a kit installed in my EF Wagon.

Quality of their work is good, the kit is reliable (apart from a couple of broken valve springs) performance is on par with expectations.

Brendan and Jim both know the 4L's better than most people, so you're in safe hands.

I always recomend shopping around before commiting, have a few words with Its Performance here in Sydney.

Mate I dont recommend you go to JMM. You are in Canberra? I would recommend in Sydney ,Joe at Crescent motorsport. He is a fine gentleman and takes care of us forum members. On the other hand Autotech enginneering at Granville are also good at their work.I had my cam installed by Crescent and they were straight down the line. I was originally a bit reluctant to see autotech engineering at first but found them quite good as well. JMM motorsport has great products.Mail order them and get a good worshop to fit them/

Have to disagree there, if you can go to JJM I would not many mechanics have experince dialing in cams on the I6 seen it happen before say no probs but not done properly and then your dissapointed I'm sure spider can back me up on this he's had this happen to him.

Its much of a muchness.

Fact is JMM's cams are from Wade. So realistically if you got a custom grind from wade or crow you might even get the same output.

No doubt their work quality is good, but the price of what work your getting done personally i dont think is justified. Mark from ITS Performance includes an engine rebuild with all his engine kits.

Ive heard more bad then good from JMM, but ive also seen a lot of good as well. Personally i'd go mark's kits as engine rebuild, cleaned up engine or your own and looks much nicer and definately puts out what he says it does.

Shop around as everyone else said.. if your still unsure what you want im sure everyone on here will give you an idea to what you can do for the money/power you want/spend.

Id prefer to rebuid my engine rather than just add-on then i know it will take the punishment it deserves.

I'd have to agree with Jonbays here.

I too mail ordered my JMM gear.

It doesn't hurt to shop round tho but at least with some of the guys that offer packages rather than just the cam, you know what result you'll get.
