im pretty sure you will still need an el ecu, as the xh one might not have the output pin for the bbm. plus i think the el ecu processes data quicker than the xh one. http://www.tiperformance.com.au/Technic ... 0EA-ED.pdf
have a read of that, down the bottom of the page, thats for an eb-ed, but i assume it'll cross over to the xh ecu

Ok guys i've been looking at wade cam profiles and I like the look of the 1636/1673. Whats the idle like on these? If I sent the cam off to wade to get reground, would I need bigger/better valve springs?
Basically what I'm asking is what accompanying stuff would I need to run this new cam to its best? I think i'm going to scrap the idea of tickford head because I want to get my head reco'd and port n polished at the same time to roughly the same specs as the tickford if not bigger. I'm thinking of going to FreeFlow at Capalaba.
If I bring them the reground cam, springs (if I need them) and MLS gasket kit would they install it all for me?
Basically what I'm saying is I've got an XH ute that I want to install a wade 1636/1673 cam in and I want to know what I should do at the same time?

Sorry I'm really bad at focusing my thoughts in a legible way on paper (I'm more of a face-face kinda guy)

My bad with the el ecu. The idle won't be much different to stock. Is yours auto or manual? For this came you won't need bigger springs.
