no you don't, open your bonnet and behind your headlights there should be a round black cover that screws off, unscrew that and then just take out the globes from there, really easy.

if its the light in front of the battery, make sure the clip does not fall out. Mine did and was impossible to get back on because of the limited space. had to unplug the battery and take it out, bit of a booorstard, just a precaution.
