guys my car hes just dumped over half its oil in one day and has been running like a dog, real rough, does this mean my head is screwed, just had the front seals done about a 3 weeks ago

not nesasarily..
when you say its dumbed half it oil in one day do you mean dump oil as in a leak or its just dissapearing? have you check signs of a fresh oil leak ? does it blow blue smoke? usually the signs of a dead or dying headgasket are coolant loss,over heating, |

If you lost half you oil in a day all i got to say is couldn't you smell the oil and see a blue cloud that filled the street LOL i put 3 squirts in my cylinders to do a compression test and after that started up the car and she smoked like crazy in till i gave the car a few stabs.
was the engine smoking? if not you might want to check your oil pressure switch like AU2SR and cjh said and it it dry check your new front seal and check rear seal. how the coolant? going down? still green(yay) or brown(lol) hows the oil on dip stick? white? or still clear ish gold? if she don't smell like oil and smoke then id defently be looking for a leak. hows the sump bolt? hows the sump gasket?

yeah the water level dropped quite a bit, and the oil has gone a milky colour, i didnt smell any oil i just saw it all over my car park and a trail down the drive way, as well as being all over the front of my engine

yup head gasket time. The water has gone into your oil and given it the milky colour.
