Hi all, I am in the middle of pulling my motor out and was wondering if i have to take the head off first so i can unbolt around the trans or is there another way around it? thanks heaps

Nope, it is possible to access all the bolts, but it is a pain. You just need to be creating with how to get your hands to the bolts. Move the hoses and unclip some of the wiring to give better access.

Or undo the gearbox from the crossmember, and pull the whole assembly out, thats what i used to do, was easier.
