Went and got a harmonic puller and they work great , and a socket to put it back on with my 1/2 torqe wrench :D

Crank Assembly balanced, HV oil pump, ACL Trimetal bearings, "1 extra oil clearance taking to around 0.0650-0.0700 on mains and big ends, Moly rings,, Xr6 Cam, POD ( Possibly oversize injectors), Block, Head, Timing cover, belt idler, Alternator,painted in ford light blue

Much easier when you have the right tools. My friends always come to me because they know I have 2 of everything stashed somewhere. Make sure you use lock tight when you put the bolt back in, and some how you will have to stop the motor from turning.
