Did you put a new O-ring on the pipe at the back of the water pump?

If its not the 'O' ring as previously mentioned it could also be a welsh plug

dont put stop leak in it will clog ur radiator and small gallery holes

check the pipe that goes into the back of the water pump it is prone to corrosion

if it is i believe ford sell an adaptor piece for the end and use a new o ring and some rtv blue or black silicon sealant

Those bypass tubes are prone to "springing a leak" too....and the ends rust off where the O'ring goes too.
