stuff your arm along under the intake manifold from the front of the engine to undo them all, (you may need very skinny arms to do this) or jack the car up and do it from underneath.

the coilpack is numbered like this (from the front nearest to the block) 1 2 3 (now from the firewall row away from the block) 4 5 6

i change mine by removing the airbox, and just taking them off with arm through the gap (do it cold!)

To put them back on, I usually lower the lead and locate the nipple and use a long peice of dowel and press it firmly!

no need to jack up the car.

*cool the engine down, ouch
*remove the airbox.
*trace & remove/replace one lead at a time. cut a slit on the lead boot to purge air out when pressing the lead on the coil pack. it'll stop the leads poping up causing poor contact.
