no need to be a smart a**,,all you need is to get the right loom or try changeing the wires around to suite your needs....

Mpi's with 4 speeds have 2 throttle sensors, the extra one for the gearbox instead of the kickdown. That is the difference so all the wires should be there with afew left over.

I have done this conversion, I used the CPFI loom and joined one wire, I forget what color it was but it was the spark control wire had to be piggy-backed to another wire and it was fine. It was a lot simpler than I thought it would be.

this is the answer you are looking for. the 4sp autos had 2 sensors, the manuals only one.

yeah it becomes fun when you have the 4 speed auto and you to go BBM... lol as you have 2 sensors you need but only 1 sensor...

CFI to MPFI is fun.. my mate and i done it on his old EA (which then became mine) and we ended up stripping both looms right back and rejoining all the wires from the CPU plug upwards. as the 2 looms didnt connect
