Thats like asking someone to summarise this site. Its what its all about.

Have a look in the 6cyl section there is the best place to start, ultimatly depends what you want to do with it. Stay n/a? Blown? Boosted?

hey i own a XH 5 speed manual and i can really suggest a cam and exhaust upgrade made a huge difference in my car once it was tuned with a j3 it was even better only cost me 800 ish dollars. Also a BBM (EF EL) intake manifold conversion unless its an Xr6 gives a stronger bottom end and mid range surge

Also an XH owner, you could turbo it :twisted: but yeah as xhfalcon said cam and zorst they sound much tuffer and go better.

this could be a really dumb question but ony been a ford owner for a few months and i'm struggling a little with what parts are going to fit on my xh, does the EF/EL intake manifold bolt straight onto an xh head? and does the xh fuel rail still fit?
