hello...
can anyone tell me what hi energy sumps do compared to the standard sump ?? also what is involved in swapping them (on an EB)

Hold more oil, usually further away from the crank (and can incorporate windage trays etc).
Not to be rude but its the kind of thing that if you dont know what they are you dont need one (they are a speciality item generally for race cars). If you do want one then you need to remove the engine and swap the sump or support the engine while you remove the subframe to do it.

alright thanks for that... i have one (on a car im stripping) i was just seeing if it was worth doing but i dont think i will.

all good, na there must be a lad in my area with a EB identical 2 yours manual 2 I see it a fair bit.
