hey everyone. as the title says.....im going to buy headers for the fairy soon but i dunno which one is better.....HM headers are about 50 bux extra or maybe the same price depending on where i get them. anyways which ones are better? i was looking at HM Headers with the tri-y system and of course 4480 for pacies. supposedly the HM headers will give good down low torque while still have the same torque up top according to their website.....I know a lot of people have pacies on here so just wondering which is better.

phong =P~

everyone seems to be getting the paceys. People with extra $$$ get the comps. So they must be good. But all extractors do the same thing in the end.

It depends on whats the best you can get for your $$$. Not what other people get

yeah everyone has pacies...but HM headers supposedly are good. I can get some HM Headers for the same price as the pacies 4480 (i think those are the comp ones?). dunno if they would give the same result. anyone out there that might know?

i know of a few people running high-tech extractors (theres two in this thread) very succesfully.

but pacies are a safe bet that youll get good power

yeah im not going to go out and spend over 600 for headers when i can spend 400 and it would do the same thing. just not too sure if the HM headers are good.....i am leaning towards Pacies but hm headers seem to make good car parts.

Are Pacies mild or stainless steel ?
I know HM's are stainless and it says on their website they have a 10 Year Warranty.....

Pacies aren't SS. HM Headers, have an average gain of around 10rwkw. Not too shabby ;)

HSV & Tickford used their extractors, so they must be up there!

Apparently they are doing all the headers for the VE HSV range at the moment.
I guess if large companies like HSV are using them their gear must be pretty damn good ?!
