just done a flush, then i rinse, now i have just put the coolant in along with the dis water. they guy at sprint said they hold 15lts. but when i filled it up it only took around 9? i have takin it for a run with the cap half off, to get rid of any bubbles, and stil no more could fit.

usually holds about 15 litres. when you did the flush did you have the heater on? thats probably where the rest of it is in the heater core and hoses.

I think it's actually 14 litres. Well if you flushed it out thoroughly (i.e. hose through the thermostate housing into the head, through the top house into the top of the radiator, etc.) and that shouldn't have anything to worry about as prolly just means there was some water left in it from flushing it.

yeah i had the heater on. when i had the treatment in it. even though i flushed it through the plastic tank. where i think the thermostate is. until the water was clear. if their is any treatment still in the heater hoses ect, not that the coolant is in, if it mixes will it cause damage?

i really wouldn't worry about it, it's unlikely that there's any left in, and if there is it will be so dialuted now that it wouldn't be a concern.
