hello again, since ive done the engine conversion on my el i now have enough parts to make another engine, and i was just wondering how much it would be worth, its just a standard I6 but im going to put an au head on it, im selling all the parts separate atm, but i figure i might get more for a complete engine, its been running purely on lpg but when i bought the car it had been run on petrol aswell. the bores are in very good condition as the engine block is only 70,000 k's old, im thinking i might get maybe $450? does that sound fair?

Try ebaying it if you can, let people there decide whats fair .

Lots of wreckers selling engines quite cheap there though, but not as cheap as $450.

thats not bad...if i had 450 lying around id take that block and put it into my engine bay....mines done 180000 so its a good cut back.
