Just keep adding more NOS and fuel until it explodes, then back it down 25hp. 8-)
Good luck.

if you want a fast car, buy a fast car to start off with.

screw playing with NOS, its illegal to have connected on the street and it totally gives the gay factor when you talk about it with your mates lol

there's nothing wrong with gas...

general rule of thumb u can get away with putting half the horespower of your engine in gas
eg 250rwhp engine u can go 125hp gas

I wouldn't sneeze at laughing gas, a mate had a TC Cortina, 250 x-flow 15 years ago, that ran a 9.6 1/4 on the bottle.

So if that's gay, the call me a poofter.

if Brendan reckons the cast pistons can take 150 i'd limit it to that.
start at 100.
with the J3 chip, they can have switched maps now, so you can have the nitrous trigger also trigger a tune with some timing pulled out.
get the jetting and timing right on a dyno.
do it like that and it'll be as/if not more reliable then most of the turbo cars out there.

Theres nothing wrong with running nitrous. Ive had it on my EL for 2years now and I have never had any problems. The only thing I changed was the head gasket,I used a ACL one. The main things to rememder is, have enough fuel, retart the timing (this will depend on how much nitrous you end up using) and the main thing is to activate the system at a certain RPM(usually over 2500rpm at wide open throttle). I have had turbo and supercharged cars in the past and I love them both, but nitrous oxide is totally different, like when the power comes on, its instant, its hard and it give the best exaust note! I love it!!!!! Although I didnt have a massive amount of nitrous, It was enough for me to keep me happy for the time being and It was reliable too.

The only downfall is that it is illegal to use on the street( not like that would of stopped anyone from doing it) and also refilling the bottle quiet often as I used my setup fairly regular ao the street and strip

And my last 2cents is that for the people who think you shouldnt use nitrous on the street coz its illegal, you may want to think bout the next time you are speeding even 2kms over the speed limit, coz thats technicaly illegal too.
Finally use your head when using the bottle.
