Ok here's the problem - there is only 1 thermo fan that's working and that's the right one. Any ideas what it could be? I'm thinking a faulty relay or the motor in the left one is gone? Any of yous had this problem before? Any ideas on how to fix it?

Hook 12volt directly to the fan and see if it comes on.

Take the Fan out an just hook the fan that's not working with 12V and see if the motor runs just as the last guy said. If it runs then i don't know where to look next. Someone else could give you a hand.

as asizzy says.. there is a plug on the cable for the fans.. unplug it and hook power to the terminals.. and you should have a fan spin up..
