My EF GLi has been idling rough and i adjusted the idle speed and then it was fine but now its starting to do it again after even more adjustments. What could the problem be?

Had the same problem myself....
After coil pack, fuel pump & filters, plugs leads - reco head etc. etc. (I'm not kidding!) was still idleing like s**t - would almost stall on turning the wheel etc. (This while running on OPTIMAX mind you!) Finally got the injectors serviced (cleaned)... All I can say is WOW! Idle came back up & I can now sit a full glass of water on top when running - no worries... Was told the the EF is very sensitive to dirty injectors (as opposed to other e series falcons?) Dunno if this is true or not. Also try cleaning the ISC-BPA valve (on top of throttle body) fill it up with WD-40 and get in there with a toothbrush! Helped me a bit.
