when I start my car of a morning it will not idle properly untill it is warm, it starts and if u dont hold the revs up it will just die, after a bit it wont stall but the revs just go up and down really low and really high.

I have cleaned the TB out and my ICS and replaced the gasket with a new one.

Any other ideas guys?

I have to say I'm getting the same problem. Not everyday mind you. Some days it's smooth, other days I start it. It acts a little grump idleing rough until she quickly gets warm and smooths out. Chucking it in reverse can bring the rough idle back. But after 2 minutes of driving it clears up.
Although I swear sometimes it feels like the engine is gruffer than normal.

I too have cleaned the ISC and throttle body out. Sometimes it fixes it for weeks but has come back. I almost believe now that messing with the ISC solenoid too much can upset it a bit. I get the feeling it's become sticky after a few cleans with spirits and sprays and whatever.
So it could be the solenoid itself in the ISC sticking.

What do others thing about this idea?

Sounds like a cold start enrichment problem. Resetting the ECU would probably fix this.
