Has anyone ever seen/heard of a ITB project on the DOHC barra engine?

It's be a very interesting article to hear of, I mean any ITB project is awesome on any car really.

For example,

ITBs and microtec injection on a CA18DE. It's just so interesting, and being on a Falcon it'd be that much cooler.

Cheers,
Russ.

Anything is possible, given the funding. It would be easy enough to do and get something running with off the shelf TB's and a fabricated manifold.

Doing it well, with a manifold/TB/injector that will actually suit the engine, now that's a whole different thing. You could spend days just getting the injector placement right, You could then spend more time with High/low injectors and getting the phasing right for the flattest torque curve.
Get the tapper and/or shape change (from round TB to oval port) wrong and you'll ruin it.

Funny you mention this, im getting my head ported at the moment and thought of getting the father inlaw to fab up some itb's for the el just for s**t and gigs, I thought idt look cool but id only spend the $$ if the gain will be worth it.

we have a spare gtr manifold or 2 laying around here somewhere, might use the t/bs off that if possible
