g'day.. i was just wondering... is a inhibitor switch had to change or not ? and were abouts is it? and how much is one? thanks

Left hand side of the gearbox
not sure. never bought one. i don't think they are much though.

yeah mate it is a complete C*** like you need to get it on the hoist ........................... nah just kidign park on a solid ground like cement or a driveay slide your upper body under car (assume you are skiiny) and two 8 mm bolts (or ten lol) and undo the plugs oh make sure car is in PARK. and the old switch should slide off and the new one slids in and plugs in....

i am a heavish type of bloke but i was able to slide under a bit and do it or just lie side onto the car and you can do it with one hand.

Park neutral switch as far as i know.
stops car starting in gear. i'm not sure if it does anything else

yer it stops the car from starting in gear and also used to work the reverse lights, you can pick them up for around 35 bucks, if you need one pm me, i can look after you.
