I would have thought repco could do exchange replacements for a better price than that.

Do you/will you have a need for larger injectors going forward? Also remembering if you chuck 24s or larger on there at the moment, you'll have to address the tuning issue somehow...

At that price they wouldnt be new injectors, they would be reco'd. Currently new injectors are sitting about $75 to $110 each from Ford.

If you push them hard enough, the trade price for a set of Aznew branded reco injectors is $145 changeover.

I wasnt impressed... 14 months after putting them in, the caps were coming off when I took the injectors out and the o-rings weren't that pretty.

Maybe they are just cheaply done. But compared to what you get new or from a decent injector cleaning service, I would pay a few more $$$ and get a better job done.

Well I think I can get the caps and o-rings for about $35, wonder how much some ultrasonic cleaning would cost for the six???
Meh, it's easier to ask on here than ring up a shop lol.

How much power you're aiming for with the powerdyne at the flywheel?

Depending on a few factors you're probably looking at 250kw at the flywheel if you push the powerdyne hard.

ok then, just for comparision.
just say the EA produce 240kw at the fly with the p/d & a maximium & safest duty cycle of 80%. the closest recommended injector size is 34lb/hr at 43.5psi for the injector static flow rate, that is if the stock fuel pump is rated at 43.5psi. if not, that means an upgrade in fuel rail, fuel pump is rcommended.
