Depends on the required throughput, and what pressures the gas would be at.

Another consideration is the seal on the injector.. you wouldn't want a small leakage or anything of that sort, it could prove disastrous..

And you would also want to ensure that any non-sealed electrics operating the injector (power, switches, etc) don't ever create a spark or aren't insulated properly and contact other power systems or metal surfaces.. Carelessness here would be dangerous if there was a small leak and a spark..

Just buy a simple pressure regulator or variable regulator with a stop valve. It would also have tested and up-to-standard specification seals and fittings, and would also have the commonly used fittings which would make connections easier too.

, what i was thinking , the gas would be at like a low pressure like 5-10 psi, will this go through the injector or do injectors require a larger pressure behind them along with them to be on???

I'm not sure on the operating specifications of the standard injectors..

E-series XR's have ~300KPA fuel pressure, which is about 43.5 PSI.

Another consideration is temperature, gas might freeze or cool the injector to below operating temperature tolerances. You'd also want to check is gas would give adequate lubrication to the injector, they are designed to rely on petrol for lubrication.

Have a hunt around the internet for aftermarket injector specifications, also have a look into what injection type gas systems use for the injection.

I still think it would be a low easier, safer, more piratical and cheaper to just use a gas fitting which is specially designed for such applications..

Not very when you consider all the variables which could have an adverse effect on the continuation of your life.

Lol..

Besides, you would have more accurate and quicker control using a manual regulator.

Right..

Just so you know my PSU has four 12V rail capable of outputting 40-50A on each.

Oh it also has adjustable voltages, etc.

maby you will let me test 50A on each of your rails with some large resisters hmm?

You'll stay away from my rails..

But nah, I'm just kidding :)

Two 12V rails are 18A, the two modular 12V rails are 25A.
