what does everyone recommend to get for a bigger intake snorkel on an el falcon? other posts have said au3 xr8 snorkel but thought there may be better ones around now that might bolt on. a guy from autobarn suggested the te50 snorkel and when i called up ford they said its the same as a ba snorkel and didnt seem to know if it would bolt on or not. anyone got any knowledge on this?

You could try a EL GT snorkel which is about the same size as the AU/BA Large snorkels and will fit straight on without any modifications.

one for sale on EBAY, no longer available from FORD.

I'm using a BA snorkel, with a bit of modification, it fits. Required 2 new holes to be screwed into the radiator support frame and cut some plastic bits off the thermo fans and it fits nicely.
