Post subject: Intermediate miss usually around 3000 rpm

I own a ba xr6 N/A with a exhaust system and CAI.
I have replaced the coils recently as well as the fuel filter and Spark plugs so I'm almost out of ideas.
Has anyone had te same problem and have had a fix for it? Anyone with any suggestion??? Any advice will help
