Hey fellas,
I want to buy a car from a mate at work, its a 1994 ED XR6, its a factory 5-speed manual, it has genuine BA XR6 17" mags wit spacers, it has been lowered all round, colbolt blue, less then 200,000km on the clock, recently had head gasket down and new diff bearings done, it has extractors and 1 muffler, it was fitted with factory premium sound as well as factory fitted :D momo steering wheel with cruse control :D , factory fitted sunroof, :D he is putting a BA water pump in it with BA thermo fans and a BA XR6T radiator! Its is a pretty bloody tidy car part fom stone chips in the front end as it is a country car, anyway he is only asking $3,500 for it and with a kinda warranty on it so if anythin breaks all i have to do is buy the part and he will do all the labour.
So what do you guys recon on that price? i think it is a bloody good deal

Cheers
Griffo

Make sure they are hub ADAPTERS not SPACERS, as you could get in alot of s**t if they are spacers...

Other then that, sounds mad... i'd pay $3,500 just for the steering wheel, sunroof, 5spd and rims, if you can do that and it comes with a free car go for it :D

He just wants to get rid of the car, doesnt want it anymore. Yea he is a pretty good mate.
A BA water pump fits im pretty sure but you have to do something to the pully part so you can fit the belt to it.
He said cos i dont have the money right now that once he gets a new car he will give it to me and i can just pay him off slowly.
If i get it/when i get it i will take pics and try and put them up for you all.
My folks are trying to say that i cant buy it, that we have to many cars, so i will get rid of my doner car soon then either sell my other ED XR6 or keep it im not to sure yet.
