what oils are you guys with ITS motors using?
I have a Stage 4 with 20,000 k's. read the 'oils sticky' and was thinking about using a fully synthetic 15W40 , not sure on brand yet. cheers lockz

I think Mark used to use castrol formula R 10w60.
Last time I changed mine I used penrite HPR 15w60
