i've checked that fuse every 10 minutes for the past month, and its fine, even checked it with a multimeter.

everything works, stereo, interior lights, all that crap it just wont fire, just sits there cranking away till the battery dies.

and my battery is good.

the modules arent blowing up or frying, they simply just stop working properly

SOunds like a smart lock problem.... If you leave the car with the key in the ignition for 30 mins it will start....

You need to go through the learn procedure after replacing the smartlock. Without that you need to leave the ignition on for 30 minutes before it will start.
Strange that it cranks unless smartlock is bypassed or faulty.
