I didn't know whether to post this in the exterior forums or here but here goes.

Went for a bit of a drive to day up to a mates place, car was running smoothly nothing wrong at all. When I was about to leave my mates I noticed there was some dark green spots down the front right hand side of the car, from the bonnet seal to the top of the tyre.
It looks to dark to be coolant but and theres no sign of any leaks at all under the bonnet, also the part thats got me really p****d off is that its actually eaten away at the paint. I tried to clean one of the little spots off and the paints just gone underneath.
I had done the boost solenoid maintenace today as per mention in another thread but I made sure everything was alright afterwards and as I said before I can't see any sign of leaks anywhere else apart from the outside from the bonnet seal down

The picture doesn't really do much

Can somebody please help, this has really p****d me off

sounds like brake fluid to me too.
ford fluid is dark blue, which could look green at times on other colours and also has a tendincie to strip paint.

hopefully it might be a warranty concern and you will get your guard painted for you..

Ford factory fill brake fluid is Green, the replacement stuff at the dealerships is blue. This is how you know if its been changed by the dealer.
