Greetings all,

I'm thinking about starting to mod my ef, just the usual stuff - cam, extractors, exhaust, and maybe a highstall - not to mention general servicing. I was hoping you guys could recommend a competent and honest mechanic in the Ipswich/south western suburbs region of Brissie? Also my car is dualfuel so if they deal with lpg and that sort of stuff, then bonus!

Cheers guys!
Dan.

Awesome mate, i'd appreciate it. You had any performance work done on your car by this dude or just the servicing?

Mobile Service center at 14 mills st Goodna is where i take my car. He has only done my general servicing stuff so far, but he hasn't done me wrong and the two guys that own it are decent blokes. It's good the do ALL car related repairs and Panel beating/painting. The also have their own towing service as well. They can do roadworthies as well. hope this helps ya mate. I will be taking it to get a quote off him today, considering ford wanted to charge my $650 dollars to do my sump seal and $300 to replace my o-ring in my water pump.

What general work are you getting done???

Just looking for a decent place to do servicing seems at my last service at denmac ford (albeit a 200 000km one) cost me over a grand! I'm also looking at getting a wilder cam, some extractors and an exhaust. As i haven't got a mechanical bone in my body i leave these sorts of things to the experts :D The only problem is finding experts these days, that don't charge like wounded bulls!
