BF mk2's xr6 are going for around 12 to 15 grand, and range from 100 to 190,000 ks,
FG's selling for what ur saying with 70k on the clock sounds wrong.......

Sounds like your a know it all who really doesn't know that much! Second Hand stealerships jack up prices which inflates the price of private sale vehicles.

Ended up buying an 07 BF XR6 MKII with a 6 speed and 140,000 k's for 10,900 with 10 months reg. Had it checked by my mechanic and it's all fine.

I originally found it on carsales.com for 11,950. Talked him down from there.

Yup, your Internet "probably" guess, definitely over writes my mechanics professional opinion.

Maybe you got ripped off because you applied your same logic to your own purchase.

Yea maybe I did get ripped off , I bought it this time last year , and the funny thing is my car is unsured for 14800. That's all that matters to me!!
