hay i have a1995 ef fairmont and i have had it to about 190kmph and all of a suden i cant get it to 180 it sits about 178 and has no mor pull does anyone have an ide as to what could be causing this

what track do you race on? i only ask this cause if you do this on public roads YOUR A f**k!!!!!!!!!!!.
you top speed can vary, as it all depends on what rev range you change up gears how much throttle you give it and the stretch of road.

on a mates dads land its fairly straght and plenty long to pik up that sorta speed. i was holding gears prity close to rev limiter but it had no pull when it hit 4th

its an Auto isn't it.. that is your friend the speed limiter cutting in. to stop your other friend tail shaft breaking then coming into the car and coliding with your rectum, I've been told you do not want this to happen.

meh speed limiter only works in 4th doesn't it.
