Would this have something to do with this?

every part of your lpg system must be to a high standard eg clean out your cooling system , make sure u got flow thru converter (HOT water) blocked raddie can cause big probs get a recore or clean out, converter must be low so it keeps nice and warm &hot when running converter only last 2 / 8 years depending how much u drive ???? 8-)

do you have a water level switch on the resovoir,if you have the system is still bleeding air and lowering water level, keep topping up,it will stop soon,a few days,is heater open,it has to bleed as well.are the hoses hot now?

frozen converter = low or no water flow thro converter

Check for blockages, rebleed system or make sure you reservoir is full up till at least half way between the high and low marks.

Blew the tee peice clean of the under of the car where the water pumps through the converter and back around

But all looks to be ok today water level hasnt dropped once

Will see tnight when i go home if the water drops and if not then i aint touching it again!

Most definately, the whole system is pressurized. That why the pressure cap is there.
