Can you fit an LSD diff on an EF falcon...wat models of falcon have LSD and how much would it cost to change over if you could find one second hand approx.

i'm pretty sure ef xr6's have LSD's which would transplant quite easily into yours, not sure about pricing however.

sorry to be a pain, and just to mould a quote from a old and very very annoying ad.

Just LSD. otherwise youd have a limited slip diff diff

ok, i just wanted a post :(

ef xr6's have 3.45 LSD's and so do EL's and maybe early e series, you can do entire axel swaps or centre swaps, but will need to worry about control arms etc depeding on where the diff comes from.

easiest option is buy a disc to disc LSD from an ef xr6 and just swap the whole rear axle. from a wrecker might be looking at about 800-1K?

but why would you want 3.23 when you can have 3.45  as previously stated, the most hassle free solution is to get your hnds on an ef xr6 disc complete from disc to disc. probably looking at 500 bucks to 700 bucks, depending on condition
