Hey guys. I'm wondering if I am able to put a LSD in my XT. Dumb question I know, flame your heart out if need be. Would like to know before I buy a new diff..

try get 3.7s if ya can. i got 3.46 and just not enough. damn the btr. lol

haha cheers for that help man. was going to 3.7 or 3.9. im not fussed about the increased revs at hwy speed.

I was thinking of doing the same to my XR6, however i was going to go for a 4.11. i think it is 18% different which equates to 400rpms higher instead of revving @ 2000rpm at 100kph,it will revving @ 2400rpm. by the same token the car will be 18% quicker off the line.

True this. Depending on how much I get back on my tax when I go and see an accountant on Monday, will depend on what mods I can afford lol 4.11 would be nice, in conjunction with a supercharger! the old girl would f**k fly off the line

DiffTrans in Windsor can do drive in/drive out 4.11 lsd conversion for around $2100. if the car is auto you will need a flash tune for your auto shift points

Here's a taste for ya RAWRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR"

If I get the 3.9 or 4.11 LSD, would I also have to get new diff gears to suit?
