R4 got higher duration and more lift at the valve than the 1512a (got the specs from Jay..cant tell ya them without his permission sorry).. would that make the R4 lumpier?

It doesnt need a "massive high" stall torque converter, 2600 stall is fine.

Just because its lumpy, dont expect "Massive RwKws" without all the head and valve work to go with it, even then dont hold your breath.

you need to get out more if lumpy cams get you hard.. Women are better.. but the description Lumpy Women sounds wrong.. Ha. But yeah the R4 is pretty lumpy.. ran it for a while.. but if you want an engine that will shake.. get an 8. really the only way. or just pull a lead off. haha

Mine shook to crap out of you with the big mofo RPD cam as well, everything timed right, minimal hunting, just lumpy. I think I have seen regies shake.

mr_rx7_ , have you got any quarter mile times?
if your getting a low 14 sec run then you know thats almost as far as you can go with a NA setup... not easy to crack under a 14 NA...
