i will arrange for a car to go to the manufacturer for the jig to be made shouldnt take to long i will keep you all posted on how we are going. please no more pms for now. we will make the first 30 up now. |

i really need to know what kind of K&N pod filter will suit this intake system
because i bought a k&n panel filter b 4 i thought of this i want to exchange it for a pod filter cause, i havent even opened the panel 1 yet i got it from supercheap auto part number and stuff like that will be helpful of the pod filter |

you will be able to use a panel filter with it. i havnt looked at the final outcome of the pods as yet.

can you please look into the pods for it as i have just put a K & N pod on and this will mean i have to get another one. If it costs extra i don't care.

Oh s**t,
Just looking through this thread and saw my name's still on the list. My car got written off like two weeks ago. I guess it would be fun to run with the Intake in front of me making vroom noises, but apart from that i'd have no use for it I'm taking myself off the list. Anyone want to fill my spot? |

This may have been asked and answered but it can be done again.
I have a stock 6 EL, what would be the benefit? and although I'm not on the list but whats the update? cheers.

Slightly better fuel economy and performance. Looks great too!
On a stock El 6 there would not be a big gain.

Morpowa in adelaide where I had my EL dynoed last week, said that one of these replacing the standard plastic junk will result in a increase of about 8kw.
I may be interested. I'm just not keen on the join in the middle, I'd prefer one piece, better for air flow.

I think thats a bit exagerated... you'd be lucky with 4rwkw IF you had other mods such as extractors, exhaust, separate cold air feed to air box etc. But still, looks nice if nothing else
