Was wondering if apart from Ford spare parts centres can I purchase a
*new* map sensor for my ED fairmont I6?

Can I use one from a EF/EL? Are they compatible?

you can use a map sensor from ea mpfi eb/ed/ef and el ..
they are all compatable..
i dont know if they are available after market?? i assume they would be

86 bucks plus postage at Injectacarb. It says to suit EA-EL too

Good prices there, i bought a genuine crank angle sensor for 50 bucks
