I put a T5 gear box in my EL and it is so much more powerful than it was as an auto. However i did have to fabricate some of the mounting brackets. If you do get the T5 put in I would also recomend getting a bigger diff, going from memory here I think that the auto diff is a 2.55. I put in a 3.08 diff and it evens out the power so your car doesn't rev its guts out and go no where.

:? :? I think you would find that standard would be 3.08 or 3.27, I don't believe that ford ever had 2.55 ratio in falcons, I could be wrong though?? Also the lower the ratio number, the less take off and more top end you would have, so 2.55 would actually bog down off the line, not rev out quicker.

thanks...

air intake how much and is it easy to install?

make you own intake setup, easy enough to do.

get the large snorkel from Ford $48

get some 75mm stormwater pipe and modify your airbox.....

looks completely stock from above but flows really well
